Both are free and open source (MIT).<\/p>\n<h4>\u25a0 Ctrl+Scroll Zoom (Desktop)<\/h4>\n<p>Zoom the entire Obsidian window with <strong>Ctrl + mouse wheel<\/strong>, just like web browsers or VS Code. Unlike image-only zoom plugins, it scales the whole interface \u2014 UI and note text together \u2014 via Electron's page zoom. Trackpad pinch-to-zoom is supported too.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ctrl + wheel up to zoom in, down to zoom out<\/li>\n<li>Zoom level persists across restarts<\/li>\n<li>Status-bar indicator shows the current zoom % (click to reset to 100%)<\/li>\n<li>Command-palette commands for zoom in \/ out \/ reset (assignable hotkeys)<\/li>\n<li>Configurable zoom step, min\/max limits, and an option to hide the indicator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/\/community.obsidian.md\/plugins\/ctrl-scroll-zoom\">https:\/\/community.obsidian.md\/plugins\/ctrl-scroll-zoom<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>\u25a0 Mobile Pinch Zoom (Mobile: iPad \/ iPhone \/ Android)<\/h4>\n<p>Mobile Obsidian has no built-in content zoom \u2014 this fixes that. <strong>Pinch with two fingers<\/strong> to smoothly zoom your notes in and out.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two-finger pinch zoom (frame-throttled for smoothness)<\/li>\n<li>Also zooms standalone PDFs and images<\/li>\n<li>Floating \ud83d\udd0d indicator shows the current zoom level (tap to reset to 100%)<\/li>\n<li>Commands for zoom in \/ out \/ reset (assignable hotkeys)<\/li>\n<li>Two modes: Content (scales the whole note via CSS) and Font size only<\/li>\n<li>Customizable zoom mode, step, min\/max, and indicator position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/\/community.obsidian.md\/plugins\/mobile-pinch-zoom\">https:\/\/community.obsidian.md\/plugins\/mobile-pinch-zoom<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>How to install<\/h4>\n<p>In Obsidian, go to <strong>Settings \u2192 Community plugins \u2192 Browse<\/strong>, search for the plugin names above, then Install and Enable. Use Ctrl+Scroll Zoom on desktop and Mobile Pinch Zoom on phone\/tablet for comfortable zooming everywhere.
